Burak Köseoğlu, born 1970 in İstanbul, graduated from that he finished İstanbul University Banking/Insurance School in 1988. In 1992, he finished Anadolu University Economy Faculty and in 1994, he also had his master degree in İstanbul University Administration Faculty.
