I taught at a few Chinese universities, including my Alma Mater, The Shanghai International Studies University, The Northwestern Normal University, The University of Tibet, and The Gansu Lianhe University before I joined The National Institute of Education of The Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, where I lectured on applied linguistics and teacher education. I was with the Department of Education as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at University of Oxford.
