Professionally, my life's vision is to develop leaders and followers of all backgrounds in order to do what they are called to do effectively. My motto is, "Love God, love people;" I want to bless others so that they can bless more. I am a servant leader who desires to lead others to serve as I minister, lead, and teach on the college level. My goals are to teach more on a graduate level, continue to build the local community, grow global alliances to advance the Gospel and build the community at large. My primary aim is to empower people in their strengths and personal gifts so that they can win in work and in life.
