With 36 years' experience in the helping professions, I am now involved in helping individuals and organisations to maximise their learning. I do this in a variety of ways: producing e-learning resources and video-based learning materials; developing collaborative learning programmes; offering online survey services; writing books, e-books and articles; and speaking at conferences and other events.
My focus is on promoting workplace well-being by empowering people to tackle such problems as stress, bullying, conflict and trauma and developing workplaces where people are valued, supported and helped to flourish and achieve their best.
