About
Strategic changes and entrepreneurship have always been my passion and the focus of my career and studies (PH.D in Organizational Psychology with focus on strategic processes). Over more than 15 years, I have been working with the leaders of the private and public sectors in Israel and abroad in planning and executing strategic changes, including the alignment and development of leadership capabilities and management systems to sustain effective changes. In the years to come, I plan to pursue with the consultation and to devote some of my time and knowledge to social and business entrepreneurship. Doing good to the society will be a substantial part of my journey in the upcoming years.
