Dr Tuan Ngo is the Director of the Advanced Protective Technologies for Engineering Structures (APTES) Group at the University of Melbourne.
The APTES Group led by Dr Ngo is recognised as one of the leading centres in advanced materials, infrastructure modelling and infrastructure protection in Australia and the Asia Pacific region. The group consists of internationally recognised experts in high performance materials, risk assessment, modelling and vulnerability analysis of buildings and infrastructure against natural and man-made hazards.
