I have a passion for working with children, and coaching and mentoring Early Years professionals, individually as well as in teams. I believe that every child should have the right to outstanding childcare. My family are very important to me, and I have learnt the importance of a healthy work:life balance. I aspire to be a positive role model for my own children and those I provide care for and play alongside, creating memories that they will look back on fondly in later life.
