I don't believe in a mid-life crisis. Middle age is a state of mind.
Remember the nerdy kid on the school paper who wrote about drug rehab, kids doing drugs on campus and stuff that no kid cared about but the administration did (and not in a good way)? Yep, that was me. Went into radio...(hahah, they paid me for that time in my life). Left radio to protect farmers against an environmental group. Learned that its best to keep your "enemy" close. Sometimes, enemies are your best friends. Introduced tomatoes from the US to Japan...then, life turned serious. Guess I've helped to change the food safety paradigm. I'm writing the last chapter now.
