What drives me?
I am convinced that security is every organization鈥檚 exclusive possession and cannot be acquired from suppliers. The competencies for creating and maintaining a proper level of security are part of the organization. Often they鈥檙e hidden beyond visibility, therefore not recognized and thus needlessly compensated by external resources. Security should only be procured after making sure that the organization itself has maximally stretched to get it right. I am driven by helping people and organizations to identify and develop their security competencies, avoid unnecessary spending and make responsible decisions.
