Provides day-to-day HR support and counsel to employees and management regarding; employee relations issues, employee communications, and process and policy.
Processes local benefits administration including coordination of annual open enrollment.
Creates specific reports and data analysis as required.
Processes requests for investigations up to and including terminations.
Manages miscellaneous projects, provides additional administrative support to the Finance Department, and serves as backup to the Regional Managers, Director and President.
