Edler Jay Bangoy finished his BS Information Management degree from the Ateneo de Davao University. He was an active member of the Philippine Society of Information Technology Students for two years. He previously worked as a website designer and as a technical support team member for Hubport Interactive. He currently is currently the graphics artist and website designer for APEX. He is highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Microsoft Frontpage, MS Office Suite, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Visual Basic. He has designed more than ten websites. Edler's hobbies include photography, and designing vector graphics.
