Determined and resilient. Although when given the option I prefer to work alone or with limited contact, I do work very well in groups, I was always the group leader in school and in college, because I deal well with each of the individuals’ strengths and weakness, even when two or more people in the group did not get along, a very humanistic/democratic type of leadership. A weak point of mine is that I am used to having control over most aspects of the projects, as in, I more than once have taken a larger share of the work than I should have.
