In Samsung Service Indonesia I've been work about 4 years as a technician and 2 year as a technical support and trainer. I've been met more of Thousand customer, so i'm expert for repairing technique and public speaking. And also i'm expert using the Computer at all program in Microsoft, operating GSPN system, making the presentation.
My special technique product is Home Appliance, i can do installing the Air Conditioning, Washing Machine, and Refrigerator. i know the Basic Knowledge about all that's product. i'm very well do welding or brazing for repairing unit. and my english is very well.
And Also i'm expert for using microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access 2010
