I am currently the Associate Director of Marketing Services for the global law firm K&L Gates. I am responsible for leading a team of professionals who provide support and service to the firm's external marketing efforts. The Marketing Services Group includes the functions of CRM, Social Media Strategy, Website Technology and Media Buying/Process Management for the firm's advertising programs. In this role, I oversee team members in these marketing business areas and identify additional value-added services for the firm鈥檚 practice groups, firm marketing and client development.
