Eirik has extensive experience from the TV-, film- and media-industry, both as a producer, project manager and a creative. He is also an experienced media-teacher at K-12-level and has developed a special interest in vocational education and training. With a work-based angle on learning, his goal is to help learners release their highest potential, whether it be students at schools and universities or working professionals in any craft or business. Eirik's research-interests includes; vocational pedagogy, organisational learning, education and democracy, sience communication, research methodology and epistemology.
