I have a lot of interests within the technical and scientific fields. When I joined the US Navy, the recruiter asked me what I wanted to do and I told him 'something with computers or aviation'. He asked me what did I think about being an Aviation Electrician and I said 'that sounds cool'.
I worked on helicopters for 5 years then when my enlistment was up, I worked for a manufacturing plant repairing production equipment; sleevers, fillers, carton formers, bottle unscramblers, palletizers, etc. I did that for another 5 years and now i'm ready for the next challenge, software development.
