Elisa Paola Ambrosio was born in Turin, Italy, in 1976.
She received the M. Sc. degree in Industrial Chemistry in 2000 at the University of Turin and the Ph.D. in Material Science and Technology at the Politecnico di Torino, Turin, Italy, in 2008.
After the degree she worked as Failure Analysis Engineer at International Rectifier in activities focused on the electrical and structural characterization of semiconductor.
