PhD in Production Engineering from COPPE/UFRJ (2015), Master in Computer Science from the Federal University of Esp铆rito Santo (1999), specialist in Systems Analysis (FAESA, 1989), Computer Networking (UFES, 1997) and Project Management (FGV, 2007). Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) by PMI (Project Management Institute). Worked in systems development area as Programmer, System Analyst and IT Manager in the private sector for 15 years. It is full professor at the Federal Institute of Espirito Santo (IFES) since 2006. Main research interests: process modeling, sustainability, project management and information technology.
