Over last 5 Dynamic years, I have worked extensively with different characteristics and joined various organizations (Media, Information Technology, FMCG & Retail Industries) beside my volunteering work for 3 years as HR Head which gave me the edge in my career to apply the best practices and conduct the main 3 HR roles starting from attracting best talents and maximizing their potential then increasing the engagement & satisfaction therefore retaining them.
