Originally from Paraguay, he recently obtained his M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan.
During high school studies, he joined "Itaipu Binacional" as computer technician intern where he had the chance to work closely with experienced software and hardware engineers solving technical problems, developing automation software and coordinating hardware assembly, test and transfer between different sectors located in the Paraguayan and Brazilian facilities of the company.
