I advise on a wide range of matters in the energy and resources space, including sale and purchase agreements, option agreements, farm-in and joint venture agreements, royalties, land access and approvals. I advise on matters both within the Australia jurisdiction and overseas.
Prior to joining Gilbert + Tobin in 2011, I practised predominately in the area of property litigation.
I was admitted by the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2010.
