I have worked with Crops Research Institute (CRI) since 2004 after doing my national service in 2003 at CRI. As at 2003 CRI did not have a functioning hardware unit where they could fix broken down computers so almost all PCs were sent to town to be fixed. I successfully initiated computer servicing from 2003 and that unit has been function ever since. Most network installations had to be out source then but We are able to fix network issues and expansions ourselves. I now work with a team of 5 other technical ofiicers and we manage CRI at Fumesua and one outstation at Kwadaso.
