Iam a passionate, Experienced and Certified Dynamics CRM Consultant. I have been practicing CRM since early 2011. I started with Dynamics CRM 4.0, later worked with Dynamics CRM 2011 and 2013. Am currently having the Dynamics CRM 2015 experience.
Am happy when i am a part of that team the helps a client to offer better customer experience. My job is offer solutions that Customers can use make their customer happy, retain and make new one.
