I started as Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO) for the City of Spokane, Washington in March and am looking forward to the challenges and rewards that come from building new partnerships and teams in the second largest City in the state of Washington.
Primary Skills and Experience: Over 17 year鈥檚 civilian information technology experience with increasing responsibility in both the private and public sectors. Over 24 year鈥檚 (six active) in the U.S. Army and a serving National Guard member.
