This document outlines the sections and requirements for a retail management project on a surveyed retail chain. Section A includes details on the group members and retail chain surveyed. store), show MBQ of the complete store. Planogram and MBQ have to be in excel sheet.

IT : Infrastructure used in the store, hardware and software used, middleware used(if any), is
ERP used in the store?
Replenishment: Automatic replenishment/ manual replenishment(Software used), how
frequently does it happen?(which day and what time), direct store delivery(if any), shop in
shop/consignment option(if any), average stock in the store, click photographs of empty
shelves/ missing SKU’s and explain.MBQ , reorder level, safety stock, delisted SKU’s in the store.

2. Supply chain: How does the supply chain for the retail store work?
Loyalty programmes: What loyalty programmes are being run? Pl. attach a photocopy of the
loyalty card. Points reimbursed through the loyalty program.
For the project a good presentation would be one which also includes the following:
photographs of the store visited, photographs of the shelves in the store, planogram in excel
sheet, description of the billing process(including a copy of the bill from the store), all data has
to be referenced and verifiable.
Note: For all the data provided in the project you would have to mention the source of data,
web link (if any), contact numbers of the persons in the store whom you have met during the
project.
