Technology and Regulatory Consultant with a broad scope of knowledge and expertise over 30 years of Telecom Operations, Engineering, Research and Regulations, conducting strategic studies and providing advices to support major corporate decisions on major technology and regulatory issues. I received Doctor of Technology degree from Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm in Dec. 1977, on Synchronization of Digital Networks, for which an invited paper was published in the prestigious special issue on Digital Switching of the IEEE Transactions on Communications July, 1979.
