Since 1992, I have been dedicated to productivity enhancement activities by providing productivity improvement consulting services to small and medium Taiwanese enterprises in South Eastern Asia. As the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) Liaison Officer for the ROC Taiwan, I communicate and collaborate with the Secretariat and other Member Countries at daily-bases conducting APO projects. From 2013 till now, I also engaged in the planning and implementation one of the APO's flagship program Center of Excellence on Green Productivity (COE on GP) in Taiwan as a member of the organizing team.
