in ERP), an initiative to harmonize the SAP system in different areas inside Novartis
(Bangladesh) Ltd. including procurement through SRM (Supplier relationship Management)
module, as an Expert  Indirect Purchasing under Supply Chain Management in 2012.
 Successfully implemented the software Office Administrative Support Integrated System
(OASIS), an electronic requisition & support tool in 2010. This system is now helping
Novartis Associates to ensure paperless & smooth communication for different Administrative
requirement/requisition, e.g. Travel, Stationery, Canteen, Vehicle, etc.

 Successfully designed & implemented the software Administrative Inventory Management
System (AIMS), an electronic Inventory Management & requisition tool in 2013. This system
is now helping Novartis Associates to maintain the inventory of different fixed & minor assets
(e.g. Vehicle, Motorcycle, Mobile connection, etc.) and to raise requisition & allocation.
 Successfully completed the Head Office Relocation project in January 2013 with zero damage
& loss and awarded by the Management for this. Project works included agreement with the
Land Lord, negotiate & select interior vendor, interior design & development, project planning,
procuring fixed assets, ensuring utility facilities (e.g. generator, telephone, electricity
connections, etc.), designing safety & security structure and implementation (e.g. fire alarm
system, security guard, etc.), selling old assets off, transportation of office assets, accessories
& documents and other related tasks.
ACHIEVEMENTS
 Streamlined the indirect procurement/purchasing system for smoother processing at Novartis
(Bangladesh) Ltd.
 Successfully saved $25,000.00 in total in the year 2014 from the procurements, done from my
