I have worked within the Learning and Development field for 7 years and I am a technically adept trainer with experience delivering the full training cycle within a variety of environments. In addition to this I am also an eLearning developer, most recently rolling out eLearning and mobile learning to all Golden Charter employees both office and field based. I particularly enjoy solving problems, working on process and procedural development and the creation of engaging and exciting learning materials.
