Ezra Howard is a researcher and PhD student at the University of Lisbon as part of the European Doctorate in Teacher Education. While Ezra has extensive experience in educational leadership, research and analysis, as well as project management, for most of his career he has worked with language learners. First he worked as an after-school program coordinator catering to recent immigrants and then as English as a Second Language teacher with Shelby County Schools.
