F辿lix is Managing Director at Pioneer Capital Partners, a private investment company with offices in New York City and Houston.
Prior to joining Pioneer, Felix was Senior Vice-president for Strategy and Business Development at Grupo Coen, a strategic management consultant for Management Systems International (MSI is a US-based international development firm) and the former Secretary General of the Ministry of Defense of Nicaragua.
