Now working as a Communication and Media Relation Officer in Burung Indonesia, after expanding his experience and skill as a Social Marketing and Campaign Officer . He was previously director of Yayasan Sampiri, a local NGO in the Sangihe and Talaud islands of Indonesia. Before conducting the bird keeping project for Burung Indonesia he worked on bird trade issues and spent many years working on parrot conservation action in eastern Indonesia.
