After completing my education at West Virginia University, I relocated to Winchester, Virginia to teach first grade. Throughout the next seven years, I continued to learn more about the education field and began to take on leadership roles. I enrolled in James Madison University and completed the School Administration Certification Program.
The next step in my career was a move outside of the classroom. Instead of working with students directly, I began to work with teachers.
