Felix Ukam Ngwu was born on 15th September, 1964 in Abanwan Erei in Biase LGA of Cross River State, Nigeria. He is married with two Children. He taught High School Biology for several years, and had served an Assistant Examiner and team leader in Biology Practical with the West Africa Examination Council.
Felix Ngwu is currently the Executive Director, Centre for Healthworks, Development and Research, CHEDRES, a nongovernmental organization based in Calabar Nigeria. And as the Chief Accounting Officer he is in charge of program design, research, resource mobilization, multi-sector cooperation, staff recruitment & capacity strengthening.
