Armed with a solid background in advertising, branding and research after working in trend forecasting, consumer insights and brand planning for various agencies (most recently BBH Singapore), i've just launched my 1st restaurant, bar & 'to go' kiosk a called FOLD. A new Vietnamese food concept for the London market.
A cuisine i was introduced to thanks to being in market frequently whilst living in Asia and an opportunity that was highly researched with a team of local researchers.
We secured our first restaurant site on iconic Brick Lane in East London and launched a 68 seater restaurant/bar with adjoining 'kiosk to-go' this October 2015.
