About
Since we were in most cases prime integrators of Digital TV programs, as Configuration manager, I had to conceive secured deployment infrastructures related to configuration management for all the partners and customers who worked with us, all other the world (Europe, USA, China, India). Then pilot the related projects to the Group IT.
Meantime we also had internal development teams through China and India, i had to define the workflows and the processes required to work together. And teach those teams about the utility and the needs of Configuration Management.
Then I had to define Configuration Management Plans for all those international projects (7).
