Service Delivery is a new business unit within the Service Strategy Reform Division. Its core focus is to identify and pursue innovative service delivery approaches that aim to improve outcomes for justice clients. The Senior Project Lead, Place Based Support is part of a team responsible for the development and delivery of an outcomes based framework for justice services. The key focus of this work will be to develop and support local innovation to divert or prevent offending and lower the overall demand on local justice services.
