Margie Newman is an award-winning public relations strategist, writer and lover of most things geeky. 鈥ㄢ�∕argie is co-founder of Intesa Communications Group, a full service public relations firm with offices in San Diego and Washington, D.C.鈥ㄢ��, providing strategic counsel to clients nationwide. Previously, she served as a media relations and social media manager for the state policy division of The Pew Charitable Trusts, in Washington, D.C. During her four years in The District, Margie founded the popular DC Flacks networking series. She now serves on the IABC-San Diego board and is a volunteer for the Downtown San Diego Partnership.
