Lean Engineer (A400M)
Working in a business team within the Lean Manufacturing division, responsible for implementing lean manufacturing vision and accompanying people during the deployment, allowing them to gain better insight and targeting new production’s objectives.
Role responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, Practical Problem Solving, Process Confirmation, Quality Loop, and SQCDP)
- Lead various projects through the production line (5S, Value Stream Mapping, TPM)
- Communicate to diverse audiences from shop floor personnel to management
- Dispense lean manufacturing training to employees through a model factory line
