As the first person in the marketing department I have been tasked with bringing the FlexPAC digital footprint up to par with the reputation our company has earned in the industrial distribution market. I am in charge of the marketing strategy, creating deliverables and managing the projects for any online marketing effort we don鈥檛 complete in house. I play a key role in establishing protocols, processes and leveraging platforms to improve our internal communications and employee buy in of our shift to a more scalable and efficient workforce.
