With experience designing digital experiences across a range of platforms from iOS apps to complex web apps, my expertise lies in using human-centred design techniques to create and evaluate user interactions, information architecture and underlying processes.
I have experience working across the utilities and cybersecurity sectors as well as a consultant for start up projects. I work as closely as possible with users to understand mental models and ways of working, before creating workflows, wireframes and rapidly iterated prototypes for user testing and feedback.
