By trade I am an Organizational Development Consultant who returned to academia after realizing that teaching was my passion.
I hold a BS from James Madison University, Master's Degree in Organizational Development from Bowie State University, and a Doctorate in Organizational Communication from Howard University.
I am currently a full time faculty member at Delaware State University and teach English, Technical Writing, Public Relations, Organizational Communication, and Communication Theory.
