I’m an Industrial Chemist currently working as Six Sigma Leader for the MSD Portugal Global Human Health division; I’ve experience on application of statistical tolls (SPC, FMEA, ANOVA…) and lean concepts (SMED, 5S, KanBan, Visual Management, Hoshin Kanri) on several processes improvement in several different areas like Quality or Production and transactional areas such as Logistics, Procurement and Finance.
I’m also internal trainer for LSS methodology, coaching several levels from yellow to green belt.
