In 2013, after my work & travel experience in Australia, I started working for a Talent Management system as outsourced administrator, dealing with clients from all around the world: US, UK, Latin American and European clients. Improving in this way my English and Spanish knowledge.
The Outsourced Administrator plays a key role in TMS as it involves a series of different activities from support clients with their daily issues and doubts to advising them on best practices and consulting them on the implementation of different tools.
Of course all these activities could be done remotely by using emails or video conferences solutions as well as on site, in face to face meetings.
