Hi There! I am the founder of the Online School of Food Design, the founder of the International Food Design Society, and the founding editor of the International Journal of Food Design. I have a PhD in Food Design Theory, I have taught Food Design and Design Theory as a lecturer at university, I am a keen public speaker, a researcher, and a consultant. And now an online teacher! =) I love it. I also have a YouTube Channel where l talk about Food Design.
