Main tasks were doing market researches for third parties through web and telephone interviews and English/Italian translation. Completely international working environment. My main geographical focus was on US, UAE (United Arabs Emirates), UK and Italy . The main project I worked on was a Bank Monitor for The European Economic Research Institute (EUWIFO) based in Zurich.

-Update the available datas and saving personal phone numbers and email
-Speaking with the target person
-To conduct interviews to find out : Bank Brand Awareness, Bank Brand Attractiveness, Bank Brand Consideration, Net Promoter Score and Bank Brand Reputation.
