Francesco is the Director of Clarity International and winner of the UK's 2016 annual award for top communications officer thanks to his expertise in delivering successful Digital Learning and Employee Engagement programmes to his customers. He's designed and run 700+ client campaigns, delivered masters-level Neuro-comms lectures (University of London), co-authored the textbook "Exploring Internal Communication" (Pearson), and spoken at numerous conferences and seminars worldwide. Addition awards include the prestigious Queen's Award for Enterprise, Training Journal, and Learning & Performance Institute. Francesco is a member of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
