Francis has worked in the IT sector for 20 years, mainly in electronic payment systems and services. Initially a test engineer, implementing test tools and test libraries for acceptance of smart cards, handsets and terminals (including EMV, contactless, electronic purse, GSM, TB 1000, UMTS, m-banking and encrypted SMS), Francis soon combined his development skills with activities such as coordination, project management, coaching, pre-sales and interfacing with customers.
