A native of Venezuela, Francis Martinez got her start in modern, jazz, flamenco, and Latin dance since the age of five. She began taking gymnastics for three years. She then relocated to Florida where she continued her training and added ballet to her repertoire of disciplines. With all of that combined to her natural-born Latin roots, she has performed for several dance companies in her hometown and also served dance classes while being at her senior year. Francis is currently pursing a major in international business and marketing at FIU. Dancing will continue to be an important part of her life.
