I am Head of Geology Department and professor and researcher in igneous and metamorphic petrology, mineralogy, geochemistry, hydrothermal alteration and geochronology at the Geology Department, School of Earth Sciences, Universidad Andres Bello from Santiago, Chile. I am PhD in Geological Sciences, Geology Department by the Universidad de Chile. My thesis was about igneous and metamorphic petrology from the Chilean Andes. I am very interested in applying new technologies to understand the tectonics through petrology, geochemistry and geochronology.
